Brand Cartridges
Remanufactured
Cartridges
Unopened TonerDaddy brand inkjet and toner cartridges, and
remanufactured inkjet and toner cartridges may be returned within 30
days of shipping for a full refund. Shipping charges are not
refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original, undamaged
condition, accompanied by an Return Product Number (see below for
instructions.)
Defective TonerDaddy
brand inkjet and toner cartridges, and remanufactured inkjet and toner
cartridges may be exchanged, either for the same item(s) or for
different item(s) within 6 months of purchase.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
Merchandise:
Unopened OEM merchandise may be returned
within 30 days of shipping for a full refund. Shipping charges
are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned to us in original,
undamaged condition, accompanied by an RPN number (see below for
instructions.)
Defective OEM merchandise may be
returned within 60 days of shipping for replacement only.
Merchandise must be returned to us accompanied by an RMA number (see
below for instructions.)
How
to return/exchange merchandise:
- Please call Toll Free Numbers 877-263-8515 / 214-256-3127
or e-mail us at sales@tonerdaddy.com to obtain a Return Product Number
number (RPN#).
- Pack the return merchandise in a
corrugated box, not an envelope. Merchandise returned in a padded
envelope will arrive crushed, and will not be refundable.
- You are responsible for the safe
return of the merchandise. We suggest you use a carrier with tracking.
- Write the RPN# clearly on the outside
of the return packaging.

If you are returning an
unopened item for refund, we will issue the refund within 10 business
days. Refunds will be made to the credit card originally charged. If
payment was originally made by check, please allow 10 days for the
original check to clear before the refund check is issued. Replacement
merchandise will be shipped as quickly as possible upon receipt of the
defective merchandise. |

Alaska, Hawaii Shipping
Only the following merchandise will be available for
shipment to Alaska and Hawaii at ground rates ($19.75 shipping per
order):
- Remanufactured inkjet cartridges.
- TonerDaddy brand inkjet cartridges.
Orders including any merchandise other than the above
must be shipped using the UPS blue label option, which starts at $19.75
per order.
Canada Shipping
Only the following merchandise will be available for
shipment to Canada:
- Remanufactured inkjet cartridges.
- TonerDaddy brand inkjet cartridges.
Merchandise other than the above cannot be shipped to
Canada. The shipping charge is $19.75 per order
